BOXING.
TE AROHA ASSOCIATION. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the To Aroha Boxing Association, was held last Friday, the president, Mr J. A. Hepburn, in the chair. There was a representative attendance. The secretary (Mr J. Cumming) submitted the balance sheet, which showed a credit of £32 and ring gear valued at £IOO. Election of Officers. The following officers were elected: Patrons, Messrs W. 11. Long and It. Coulter; president, Mr W. Jonas; vicepresidents, Messrs S. Davis, J. A. Hepburn, J. C. Carroll, J. Dixon, R. H. Galloway, J. Somers, C. Morison, K Lockyer, N. Quirk, T. Bonditch, E. Crawford, H. L. Mills and Dr Lawence; secretary, Mr J. Cumming; assistant secretary, Mr T. Turner; auditor Mr E. 11. Edmunds; lion, surgeons, Drs Lawrence, Bennett and Dempster; executive, Messrs D. Brenan, T. llod•••es G Hare, J. lleathcotc and M. Flay; match committee, Messrs 11. Brenan, J. Dixon W. Jonas, T. Turner; gong steward, Mr T. Hodges; official announcer, Mr W. 11. Bong.
