ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
TOE ANSELL CUP. RAILWAYS 1 v. ROTOWARO 1. At Seddon Park on Saturday Railways had hard work to retain the Ansell Cup, a characteristic goal by Moon in the final stages of the game making the scores level. Ted Hall for Rotowaro having- scored early in the second half. The game was contested at a fast pace throughout, and the sides were very evenly matched. Mr Jas. Baiilie was referee.
A.B.C. CUP. TECH. SCHOOL 5, v. SEDDON R. 0. Hamilton Technical School proved a very superior side on Saturday in the annual match for the A.B.C. Cup, Seddon Rovers, however, not being at full strength. Paine (3), Ralph and Horwood were the scorers. Mr R. W. Cook was referee. SCHOOLS WEITIORA 5, V. HAMILTON EAST 0. Goals were scored by Mcintosh (2), Everest, A.' Grabb and Hardy, all the points being registered in the second half. Mr C. Crabb referecd.
