GREECE AND BULGARIA
COIVinADJIS CROSS FRONTBER FLYING COLUMN DESPATCHED. PROTESTS TO SOFIA. ATHENS, September 30. The Greek Government has despatched a flying column in pursuit of fifteen Bulgarian comitadjis who are reported to have crossed the frontier at Fiorina. It has also instructed the Greek Charge d’ Affaires in Sofia to call the Bulgarian Government’s attention to the recent arrests and to point out these were not conducive to more cordial understanding. Greek newspapers urge Bulgaria to exterminate the comitadjis as proof of a desire for better Graeco-Bulgar relations.
