THE ANNUAL MEETING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.; AUCKLAND, Tuesday. The dividend was raised by one penny a share to lid making Is 9d for the year. ... A motion approving the capitalisation of reserves as outlined by the chairman of directors was carried. Mr Henry Horton, Mr Charles Rhodes, and Mr Alfred S. Bankart were re-elected to the directorate, and at a subsequent meeting of the directors, Mr Horton was reappointed chairman, and Mr 0. V. Houghton, deputy-chair-man.
The increasing volume of business and the exacting attention it demanded were referred to by Mr Horton. Messrs H. Gilflllan and F. C. Buddie were reappointed auditors.
