AFTER 21 YEARS.
CR. W. F. MASON RETIRES.
After 21 years of gratuitous service to the Hamilton Borough, Cr. W. F. Mason has retired. For over two decades his voice has been heard in the administration of the borough, and he lias taken a very prominent part in framing the policy and in directing the progress of this town. His logical mind, his wide understanding and his well seasoned judgment have made his opinions respected, and the stability which he has lent to the deliberations of the local parliament for so long will be greatly missed. His service has been long and honourable, and we take this opportunity of bearing testimony to his efforts for the public good.
