DRAFTS AND BILLS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, August 10. Tiie Associated Australasian Banks announce that as from August 12 the selling rates on New Zealand drafts, mail transfers will be be 2s Gd per cent, discount, and cable transfers 2s Gd premium. The rates for purchasing documentary bills on New Zealand will be: Sight 22s Gd per cent, discount, 30 days 33s 9d, GO days -15 s, 90 days 5Gs 3d.
