SMALL ARMS FROIYI GERMANY. LARGE ORDERS PLACED. ESTABLISHING RIFLE CLUBS. (Received June 9, 11.30 a.m.) RIGA, June 8. The Soviet has contracted with a German firm to supply an unlimited quantity of small-calibre rilles for 30 roubles each to facilitate private practice all over Russia. The Izvestia declares that it is intended to encourage rille clubs even more than so far, which is the surest method of militarising the Soviet Union's population.
