Nearly 70,000 people wore arrested during tho past 11 months for illegal possession, sale, and transportation of liquor. Bootloggers operating on tho Canadlan-Mexican borders are also losing an average of 15 automobiles dally. The Government uses tlie best machines to aid enforcement and sells tho remainder.
