FOOTBALLERS INJURED
(13v Telegraph.—Press Association.) ' ' " AUCKLAND, Saturday. Three footballers arc celebrating the opening of the season in tho Auckland Hospital, suffering from injuries received in games this afternoon. Julius Lang (2G), of Devonport, has a fractured right ankle. Richard Thomas (2G) of Takapuna, is suffering'from a fracture of the middle linger of his right hand. Sidney Usshcr (21), who lives at Dominion Road, is in Ihe institution Willi injuries to his right ankle.
