LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
N.Z. TEAM FOR ENGLAND. A QUEENSLAND PROTEST. (United Press Association.) BRISBANE, March 10. At the annual meeting of the Queensland Rugby League the secretary stated that the Board of Control had decided to cable to England deploring that England was persisting in its invitation for a New Zealand team to visit Britain. It was held by the hoard that this would harm the League game not only in New Zealand but iu Australia. It was also decided to request England’ to alter the invitation lo one lo an Australian team, or, failing this, that an English team should visit Australia,
