WORLD ORGANISATION URGED. PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, March 14. The Independent Labour Party’s Empire Commission’s report urges the establishment of a world’s organisation of free peoples for co-opera-tion in the production and distribution of products, Ihe British Government purchasing ilie Dominions’ surplus slocks, and all the Governments owning ships. The report advocates that Ambassadors should replace High Commissioners, Britain sending Ambassadors to the Dominions.
