In l*ic case of those persons who hold licenses issued on behalf of the Council prior to January 1 last, and whose licenses have not been endorsed by order of the Court, licenses for the new year may now be obtained at the Council Oillcc on payment of the prescribed fee of 5/- and on presentation at such office of the current year's license. In the case of persons holding licenses issued since January 1 last, on the above-mentioned' conditions, and in addition on undergoing such lest and cxaminalion as the Traffic Inspector may deem necessary.
