The Daily Herald', the British Labour organ, says that Mussolini, if visiting England, would not be personally molested, but if is unthinkable, Hal; Labourites would sit at a table wit.li a man waging a ruthless camj paign against trade unionism. It is doubtful whether they would find a locomotive driver to bring Mussolini's \ train from Dover to London.
