FEDERAL POLITICS.

CABINET'S FOURTH DEFEAT. COUNCIL TO BE SWAMPED. SYDNEY, Nov. 13. Willis, vice-President of the Executive Council, staled that the Government would now take steps to see that its policy was carried out. This means that the Governor will probably be asked to appoint sufficient new members of the Council to ensure a Government majority in the Chamber.
