MOTORING ACCIDENT.
CAR GOES OVER EMBANKMENT HAMILTON LADY INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.) TAURANGA, Thursday. A motoring accident occurred yesterday afternoon on the narrow embankment on the road between here and Rotorua. Mr. Sam Anderson, the wellknown horseman, of Hawera, accompanied by two friends, motored from Hamilton yesterday to visit relatives here, and they left In the afternoon for Rotorua. The car struck a rut on a narrow embankment and swerved off, making a double somersault down the bank. Miss Gilbert, of Hamilton, one of the occupants, sustained cuts and bruisos and was removed to the local hospital. Mr. Anderson and the other passengers escaped Injury.
