BLAZE AT NEW ORLEANS.
DAMAGE £400,000. (Reuter.) NEW ORLEANS, Nov. 17. A great fire occurred to-day at the Mississippi River Docks. The flames at one time threatened a wide area on" the waterfront. The outbreak was eventually got under control however. While the lire was in progress the Maze spread rapidly over five blocks along the waterfront. The damage is estimated at £'ioo.ooo.
