ALLEGED BURGLARY.
YOUNG MAN CHARGED, (By Telegraph—Press Association.; AUCKLAND, Wednesday. William Andrew Sullivan, aged 28, was charged at the Police Court with attempting 16 break and enter a shop in Freeman's Bay, with intent to commit a crime. He was remanded till November 2G. Accused was captured after a long chase by a man in pyjamas, a constable joining in the chase, which ended in the capture of Somerville, who, it is alleged, had a hack saw in his hand. It was afterwards discovered that on attempt had been made to saw out the lock of, MbLaren’s butcher’s shop.
