The said Memorandum of Mortgage Number 83818 secures the repayment of the sum of £3358 in two instalments. The first instalment of £1679 Is overdue and the balance of £1679 becomes due on the Ist day of January, 1926. Interest on the principal sum of £3358 is payable at the rate of £5 per centum per annum and is payable half-yearly on the first days of January and July in each year. The said Memorandum of Mortgage is subject to the provisions of the Mortgages Final Extension Act 1924.
