THE SUMMONS will be heard on the 20th day of January, 1925, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon in the Magistrate's Court House at Hamilton, and in default of your filing notice of intention to defend such claim in the Court Office at Hamilton on or before the Fifteenth day of January, 1925 f. judgment may be given against you without your being heard.
