JURY AWARDS £713. MOTION FOII NEW TRIAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. AUCKLAND. Saturday. The jury ,n the Supreme Court awarded £713 damages to William Lewis for injuries sustained by a fall of earth in a quarry, against the Taniaki West Load Board. Mr O'Regan moved for judgment, and Mr Prendergast moved for a non-suit. By consent both motions will go to the Court of Appeal, Mr Pren'derg.ist sUliug that lie would file a motion for a new trial.
