He states the meat which is still undefrosted, looks excellent, and he believes it will be ih perfect condition early in June. Professor Chapman, addressing the Foods Preservation Committee of the Ministry of Health, outlined ! tbe principles of the Rullot meat-preserving process. The committee was interested, and closely questioned Professor Chapman on all aspects of the question. It undertook 'that the Ministry's officials could carry out tests on a trial cargo of Buliot-treatcd meat from- th# Argyllshire. >
