UNDESIRABLE IMMIGRANT.
DEPORTATION DECIDED UPON. WELLINGTON, Friday. The man who refused to sign the oath of allegiance when lie arrived at Wellington on board the Mauriganui from Sydney on Monday last is to be deported back to Sydney by ihe Ulimaroa to-day. The new arrival threatened Violence to the police on Ihe Maunganul and was apprehended after a struggle, being subsequently taken to the Porirua Mental Hospital.
