SIR THOMAS MACKENZIE.
IMPRESSIONS IN LONDON. NEW ZEALAND'S CREDIT HIGH. (Sydney Sun Cable.) LONDON, May 29. "The best thing I have observed since my arrival in Britain is the evidence from many sources' of confidence in New Zealand's great future. The terms of the recent loan are clear proof of the business community s confidence in New Zealand's commercial prosperity," said Sir Thomas MacKenzie, who is paying a visit to the docks watching the unloading and storing of New Zealand meat; also the Smith field Market, where he formerly spent three years as a salesman griming knowledge of marketing methods. Sir Thomas will attend the conference of World Parliamentarians at Brussels on .lune 10 by invitation of the Gommercial Committee of the British Parliament, and also the fourth International Refrigeration Congress' at London on June 26. Sir Thomas thinks that if it were possible lo unite the work of agencies like the Colonial Institute, the Empire Club and the Overseas Clubs for centralising and organising accommodation, entertainment and welfare of Dominion visitors and less known visitors, they would find London less lonely. The interchange of views and ideas between visitors from all parts of the Empire would also influence a better imperial outlook of all concerned.
