+- The Moscow Soviet, has published a decree LhaL all buildings in Moscow which were formerly hotels must be vacated by Government departments before June. •Five of the largest hotels must be vacated immediately in order that they may be renovated and furnished with complete new equipment. Before ttie summer, when Moscow expects large numbers of foreign visitors, IS hotels will be completely refitted. Attached to Moscow’s largest hotel, “Peasant, House,” to-day is a disinfecting establishment which is patron, ise'd twice by all visitors —when they register and when they leave.
