DOISY'S FLIGHT.
CHINESE GOVERNOR'S THREAT. WILL SEIZE TIIE MACHINE* (Received May 28, 12-30 p.m.) PEKING, May 27. Chih-llsi-Eh-Yuan, Tuchun of Kiangsu. has informed the French Consul-General al Shanghai that it Captain Doisy landed at Nanking or llsu-Ohow-Fu lie would seize, his machine. This extraordinary action appears to be due solely to the pettiest jealousy. Captain Doisy having accepted a machine from Lu-Yaiigh-Siang, a rival of Chih-Hsi-Eh-Yuan, at Chekiang. Tsaokun, the War Minister, and Luchin. have-both telegraphed instructing Chili under no circumstances lo otter opposition to the gallanl French flyer. Captain Doisy yesterday was apparently ready to take Ihe risk of seizure of his machine, but the French Legation (bought il not advisable, .to lake action which might lead lo a most serious incident.
