AN ABSCONDING WITNESS.
WILSON BROUGHT BACK.

The principal witness in a case of alleged indecent assault at Hamilton. who absented himself when the case was called on. was brought from Sydney by the Marama yesterday in custody. He wiis brought up at Ihe Police Court to-day. charged with absconding, and was remanded for eight days.
