RUGBY FOOTBALL.
TO-IWORROW’S TEST MATCH. THE TEAMS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. DUNEDIN, Friday. The weather looks more settled for to-morrow’s test, but the ground will be a trifle heavy. All seating accommodation has been booked, and an attendance of 20,000 is assured if fine. The teams will be:—
New Zealand.—Full-back, Sinclair (Otago); three-quarters, Steel (West Coast), Potaka (Wanganui), and Snodgrass (Nelson); five-eighths, F. Tiiyard (Wellington) and Peina (Wanganui) ; • half-back, Mill (Hawke's Bay). Forwards: Hookers, Gemmcll (Hawke's Bay) and McMeeking (Otago); lock, Williams (Otago); side supports, Richardson (Southland; and Peterson (Canterbury); back row, Brownlie (Hawke's Bay) and Righton (Auckland); wing forward, Bellis (Wanganui). Bell, who has an ulcer on his leg, will not be available. Pringle, wljd was troubled with" footballer's ear, was attended yesterday by a doctor. New South Wales.—Full-back, Nothling; three-quarters, Erasmus, Stanley, Sheehan, Smith (emergency Loudon); five-eighth, George; halfback, Mingay. Forwards: Front row, Thompson, Blackwood, and Davis or Erby; second row, Marrott and Tay-i lor; back row, Elliott, Thorne and Armstrong.
SCHOOLS' RUGBY.
TEAM VISITING AUCKLAND.
To-morrow the annual Rugby contest between the Hamilton and Auckland primary schools will be played at Eden Park. The Hamilton team, which left by the Rotorua express this afternoon, is:—-
Backs: —Metcalfe (West); Milner (West), Hall (Ngaruawahla), Masters (Hillcrest); Hay (Southwell), Pccock (West); Byrne (Marists). Forwards: W. Cassidy, T. Cassidy and Dold (Marists), Barugh (East), Rolfe and Steele (West), Lumsden (Southwell); Prosser (Hillcrest) rover. Emergencies: (Backs), Barlow, Brown, Hume; forwards, Robertson, Pollock, Pratt. ■ Waters' (Marists) was not available owing to illness'.
