HAMILTON TRAFFIC BRIDGE

REPAIRING THE SURFACE:.

The method of dealing with the surface of the Hamilton Traffic Bridge was referred to at the meeting of the Waikato County Council yesterday. Tlie Hamilton Borough Council advised that it was proposed to resurface the bridge during the summer, removing the blocks and replacing them with bituminous concrete. The estimate was £4OO. Tlie chairman said that if the blocks had been looked after they would have lasted for another 20 years.
