*, GERMANY PURCHASES WHEAT. A RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. BEBLIN, July 22. It is announced that the Government Grain Bureau has concluded ment with the commercial representatives of the Soviet Government under which Russia will supply Germany with 20,000,000 poods of grain, to be delivered before November 30. Russia is to utilise a portion of the proceeds of the sale in purchasing German industrial products.
