LONDON DOCK STRIKE.
COMMUNIST ACTIVITY. SEEKING TO EXTEND THE TROUBLE Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON, July 6. The Times publishes a special article by Labourites. It refers to the menace of the Communists striving to exploit the dock strike, and declares that if Communists did not instigate the strike they were very early in the movement and zealously helped to spread it. They aim not only at making the strike as widespread as possible, but to involve other unions by advocating sympathetic action, interpreting black-legging in the most comprehensive way.
