TURKEY AND GREECE.
"TREATY OF PEACE. GREEKS READY TO BIGSM. DELAY OF THE ALLIES. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. LONDON, Jruly 7. The Lausanne correspondent of the Daily Express reports that a joint letter signed by M. Yenizelos (Greece) and Isrnel Pasha will be presented to the Conference on Saturday, announcing that outstanding questions between Greece anil Turkey have been settled, and both countries arc ready to sign pcare at any moment. Meanwhile Hie Allied delegates are stilt waiting for instructions from their Governments regarding -concessions in connection with the Ottoman debt-.and the evacuation of Constantinople.
