RANKED AS AN ALIEN.

Madame Hamelius, nee Dora Wilcox, a New Zealander, who married a Belgian, has complained of the indignity of having to report herself to the police at every town visited. The official explanation Is that she ranks as an alien, and had she presented her credentials from the Home Secretary in the first instance, she would have been exempted. This has since been done.
