DIVORCE COURT.
DECREE NISI GRANTED, A decree nisi was granted by Mr Justice Herdman, at Hamilton, today, in the divorce petition of Gladys Constance Logan, of Takapuna, against Martin Logan, farmer, of Haurau, on the grounds of respondent's refusal to obey an order for restitution of conjugal rights. It was shown that the parties were married at Whangarei in February, ISI7, by petitioner's father, Rev. J. Pattullo. There, was one child of the marriage in petitioner's custody. Costs on the lowest scale were granted against respondent.
