In the second round Kirkwood beat Ockenden, four up'and three to play; Ritchie beat Barnes, one up; Twine beat Johns, two up; Lockart beat Gray, one up; Braid beat McNeill, two and one; Seymour beat Williamson, two and one; Ball beat Ray, three and one; Havers beat Delatorre, three and two. In the third round-at goif, Seymour beat Kirkwood, one up.
