MATAMATA CLUB. A medal handicap was played at Burwood links on Saturday last, and resulted in the following cards being returned:—Thorpe, 107 (30), 71; Rollett, 104 (30), 74; Dr. Laurcnson, 104 (30), 74; Dr. Muir, JOl (24), 77. The club is .sending a team to Walton on Saturday to try conclusions with the local club, consequently no competitions will be played on Burwood on that day.
