CHESTER AGREEMENT.
ALLIES GREATLY PERTURBED.
FRENCH CONCESSIONS IGNORED,
Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. (Received April 12th, 12.30 aim.),
LONDON, April 1L
Considerable perturbation prevails ia Allied, and particularly in French-, cir-» clcs regarding Angora's acceptance o£ the Chester agreement, which erabraces many kinds of in and around Armenia, and covering also Adapia. These imply the suppression of the railway concessions made to France, of which half a million has been actually paid. It is suggested ia some quarters that the Turks are insincere in timing the resumption ot freedom of action toward the Frencty and British financial groups.
