SALE OF WOOD ALCOHOL
TO BE CLASSED AS MURDER. Australian and N.Z. Cable AsS-n. WASHINGTON, March 7. Several of the Mid-Western State Legislatures have passed or are considering legislation to make the sale of intoxicants causing death a crime equal to murder or manslaughter. Oklahama has already passed a law terming the sale of surh things as wood alcohol murder. Ohio has passed a similar law, making the crime second-degree murder, and Kansas and Indiana have Bills pending to provide for murder sentences. Jowa has passed a law that makes the offence manslaughter, and Michigan has a similar Bill pending.
