A Munich message states that a plot has been discovered which is designed to bring about in the immediate future a violent change in the Bavarian constitution. Seven suspects have been detained. The ringleaders are Professor Fuch, art and dramatic writer; Hugo Machsaris. concert ■ conductor; and the public Prosecutor, who committed suicide. He was a' brother-in-law of Couut Bothmer, an active participant in a former monarchist plot, and who compromised the movement by secret interview’s with the trench generals in the Rhineland.
