NEARLY 1,000,000 STRONG. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received March 8, 11.30 a.m. PARIS, March 7. France will soon have nearly 1,000,000 men under arms. The Cabinet's decision regarding the 1921 class means the addition Of over 200 000 lo the existing army of 736,2GI. which will be larger than the combined armies of Britain, Germany, Halv and Belgium. Germany has 100*000, Belgium 119,000, Britain 224,000, and Italy 210,000.
