The Daily Chronicle says lhat responsible quarters in Cairo have cabled declaring thai, Ihe martial law policy has proved bankrupt, and the release of Zaghloul Pasha is probable. Then: have been three more arrests in Cairo, including two journalists, whose newspapers have been suspended. Political deadlock prevails. The Egyptians are demanding the abolition of'martial law before the forming of a Cabinet.
