AN ACTION FOR DAMAGES
As it is hopeless to expect the Liquor Combine to compensate the nation for the untold msiery it has caused, the broken hearts, ruined homes, selfslain men and women, sickly children and countless other “damages,” the only course we have Is to stamp the traffic out, root and branch. Not a single reasonable excuse can be made for allowing the Liquor Combine to continue its nefarious traffic in human lives. Vote for Prohibition by striking out the Two Top Lines on the Ballot Paper. . 621
