TREATMENT RESENTED
RETALIATORY PROPOSALS.

The Bombay Corporation has resolved , in view of tile humiliating and unjust treatment of Indians by the Dominion Governments and the Crown colonies, that no non-Indian born in tlic Dominions or colonies shall be employed by the municipality. No municipal funds shall be invested in banks registered in such colonies, those already invested to be immediately withdrawn. No insurance on municipal properties shall be placed \yith colonial companies.
