TRUSTEES AT VARIANCE. LONG HEARING CONCLUDED. JUDGE RESERVES DECISION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. AUCKLAND, Saturday. The hearing of legal argument in the case, Arthur Langford Souter (Mr Richmond) v. Joseph William Souter and Edwin Neville Souter (Messrs Meredith and Durham), a claim to set aside the alleged sale of the business of W. B. Souter, was concluded at the Supreme Court yesterday, before Air Justice Stringer. The case has occupied six days since its opening in July. His Honor intimated, that it might be some time before he could deliver judgment, as he woulfl be occupied for six weeks at the: quarterly sessions at Hamilton, and had' later to sit on the Court of Appeal. However, the decision would be given as early as possible.
