GIRL SMOKERS
STARTLING ALLEGATIONS, Received October 13, 7.20 p.m. SYDNEY, October 13. At the Conference of Churchwomen some startling allegations weic made regarding the alarming prevalence of smoking and drinking among young girls in Sydney. The Daily Telegraph, commenting on these allegations, says smoking ami drinking are certainly alarmingly prevalent among many women in Sydney, lull it is years sine* these women were young.
