Dear Sir, —It will be interesting for you to know that through using your valuable paper as a means of gcltiug night to the public, our sales in certain directions have increased by leaps and bounds.
Just to give you an instance. Up until five weeks ago our firm had not advertised a certain article which is practically indispensable to the farmer. Our Advertising Department launched a campaign through ttic Waikato Times in this respect, and the result has been that the sale of this particular article has been phenomenal. We have it on the assurance of the head of the department, and figures go to show that more sales have taken place in connection with the article mentioned during (he last few weeks than has been the case for the past three years. You can make what use you lijce of this information, because we are convinced that "it pays to advertise."
