THE NUKUMARU TRAGEDY
LATER PARTICULARS. NO INDICATION OP TROUBLE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WANGANUI, Thursday. Concerning the tragedy at Nukumaru, according to information received last night the report that Mrs McGorman had been chased by her husband was not correct, nor was the report of a quarrel. It is stated that botli left home to attend the school committee, and it was not until the morning that their absence was noted by a farm hand who lived in the house. He says there was no indication of any trouble between McGorman and his wife.
