COMMISSION OF INQUIRY,
MR JUSTICE SIM APPOINTED
(By Telegraph.—Press Association ) WELLINGTON, Tuesday.
The Minister of Industries and Commerce announced yesterday that the Government had decided lo appoint Acting-Chief Justice Sim to inquire into the charges made by Mr. Masters iu the House of Representatives, with regard to Hie operations of the alleged cement trust tin the Dominion.
