MR MASSEY
ENTERTAINED BY LEGISLATURE. MUCH CORDIALITY SHOWN. By Telegraph.—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. A complimentary luncheon was tendered to Mr Massey to-day by members of the Cabinet to mark his return from the Imperial Conference. The function, which was held in the. beautifully decorated Parliamentary Chamber, was attended iby members of both branches of the Legislature, and was characterised by a cordiality of feeling both hea -ty and spontaneous. The chair was occupied by Sir Francis Bell, who was supported on the right by Mr Massey, Sir P. W. Lang, Sir W. Eraser, lions. W. Nosworthy, .1. G. Coates, E. B. Lee and Sir R. Rhodes, and on the left by Hon. W. Carncross, Sir W. Hcrrics, Hons. D. 11. Guthrie. Dr. Pomare, 0. J. Parr, Downie Slewart and Sir Walter Buchanan. The toasts were "The King," anil "Welcome to Mr Massey," proposed by the chairman.
