THE DAVIS CUP. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) OTTAWA, July 26. Toronto reports that despite the rain, which seemed likely to cause postponement, the douhlcs match was completed on a French clay court. Todd and Anderson from the first demonstrated that they were superior in all department of tennis. The Canadians never showed Hie form they exhibited in previous matches. The Australians will now meet the English team. Two singles will be played to-morrow, but these are merely exhibitions.
