DAIL EIRANN EMBARGO
ON IRISH EMIGRATION. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received May 23, 12.5 a.m. LONDON, May 22. The Dail Eirann has issued a regulation, prohibiting emigration from Ireland without permits from the Republican Government. The Dail Eirann decided, on the president's motion, to recognise the members elected to the newly constituted Irish Parliament as members of the new Dail Eirann, provided they take tbs Republican oath of allegiance, and the present Dail Eirann will be automatically dissolved.
